Jungle HR is a strategic but pragmatic HR consultancy practice working with executive boards and management teams. Teresa Boughey started the company 10 years ago. Jungle HR supports their clients’ development and growth, often during times of change, through bespoke consultancy and management development programmes.

Teresa is a member of the All-Party Parliamentary Group for Women in Enterprise, influencing government about Female Entrepreneurship, and the All-Party Parliamentary Group for Women at Work. As one of only 50 UK Female Entrepreneur Ambassadors, she takes part in summits, debates and speaks at conferences on Female Entrepreneurship. In May 2018, she was delighted to be nominated and win the Woman Who …. Achieves Award for Change Champion for Women in Business. She was shortlisted for the Best New Business in the Shropshire Chamber Business Awards, nominated for the Gender Positive Role Model Award in the National Diversity Awards 2018 and have been asked to judge a business award for the UK Business Awards later this year. Teresa is an active fundraiser helping to raise funds for various charities.
