The contact form
When you use the contact form on our home page we collect your name, email address, website (if you choose to give it) and your message. This information is delivered to our inbox by email and is used only to respond to your enquiry. It is not used for marketing and is not shared with anyone else, and we keep it only for as long as we need it to deal with your message.
The newsletter
Our newsletter signup is handled by Constant Contact, who store your details on our behalf; their privacy notice applies to the signup form. We use your details only to send you the f:Entrepreneur newsletter, and every issue includes an unsubscribe link.
Applications to the Female Founders List
Applications are made through a separate application form, which sets out its own consents – including how your bio and photo will be used on our website and social channels if your application is successful. Featured members of the Female Founders List community can ask us to update or remove their profile at any time by emailing us.
Analytics and technical data
We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used – for example which pages are visited and on what kind of device. This gives us aggregated statistics and is covered by Google’s privacy policy. Our web server also keeps standard technical logs, which we use to keep the site secure and fix errors.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. It is only handled by the service providers named above, which help us run the website, deliver email and measure how the site is used.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to withdraw any consent you have given. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@f-entrepreneur.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
