It is the only national conference for the sector and brings together 150 people: from owner/managers to those directly working children to sector suppliers and a carefully curated speaker programme is designed to intrigue, inform and inspire. Tanya is also a coach, mentor and voluntary member of the University of Brighton School Advisory Board and a Governor of her local NHS Trust.
