A proud Ukrainian, mother of two, and amateur aerialist, she brings energy and creativity to everything she does. Now rooted in Herefordshire, Svitlana has built Flip Out Hereford into a thriving community business – hub. Alongside leading her 30+ strong team, she also works as an interpreter for the local council, supporting as and when needed local needs. Passionate about people, resilience, and inclusion, she champions young people in employment and is dedicated to creating safe, fun spaces for all.
