Susan was diagnosed with autism and ADD and is an advocate for autism awareness and sits on the Institute of Acoustics diversity and inclusivity committee. Susan is very open about her diagnoses and how they affect her work and hopes to destigmatise neurodiversity both within her industry and further afield.
