Stephanie is the founder of The ADHD Advocate and Director of Ascend ADHD and Empower ADHD, award-winning organisations that support individuals and businesses to harness the strengths of ADHD. A former lawyer with ADHD herself, Stephanie is passionate about creating inclusive workplaces where neurodivergent talent can thrive.

Through coaching, training, and strategic consultancy, she partners with law firms and corporates to drive cultural change and unlock the full potential of ADHD employees. Her work spans workplace transformation and family and education support (providing the UK’s first online ADHD Coaching Course for Higher Education through partnering with Wrexham University), and championing ADHD awareness across all areas of life and leadership.
