Sarah teaches inclusive mental health training and education programs including Mental Health First Aid and Suicide First Aid as well as bespoke workplace health and Wellbeing initiatives. It is just Sarah in the business, and she teaches between 30-100 people a month including systemic disadvantages within mental health systems including racism, misogyny, transphobia and homophobia. Sarah is also an advocate for Women’s Equality Party as well as abortion rights UK.
