https://www.threebearscookeryclub.comRuth is the founder of the Three Bears Cookery Club that runs cookery classes for children, teaching them how to cook and develop independence in the kitchen.
They deliver cookery classes to schools with extra-curricular clubs and curriculum lessons and also run a Junior Chefs Kitchen which is aimed at the over 8s to teach them new skills and learn how to cook a meal for their family from scratch.
They currently work in eight primary schools, delivery eight after school clubs per week to approximately 150 children per week.
