She began her entrepreneurial journey at 17 in Mumbai, building and selling her first business while still at university.
Since then, Rupa has worked with the WTO, United Nations, governments, and corporates, bringing over 20 years of expertise in trade, development, and textiles. A WTO-ITC-ICC Small Business Champion 2022 and featured Sheroe in London, she champions ethical, inclusive, and sustainable commerce while lecturing, mentoring, and scaling Inclusive Trade globally.
