Ruchika is the co-founder of Little Jukey, a development-first, sustainable toy brand helping parents raise confident kids while protecting the planet. She blends the polish and rigour of blue-chip multinationals with the agility of start-ups, having strengthened leadership shares for brands such as Durex, Red Bull, Signal, and Pepsodent, and managed multimillion-dollar budgets across four continents. A passionate advocate for inclusion, she co-founded Wings of Angelz, an NGO empowering people with disabilities, and served as Global Lead of Reckitt’s Disability ERG.
