Drawing on lived experience and over a decade working in disability, inclusive design and accessibility, she has influenced practice and policy across multiple sectors.
Richmal has served on the Access Board at The O2 for the last eight years, is a member of the Regional Stakeholder Network for the Cabinet Office, and sits on the Accessible Hospitality Alliance Board as Advisor. Alongside her consultancy, she runs two creative side ventures – Chislewicks Candles and The Art of Gifting eBook.
