Reena is the founder of Being Inclusive, a neurodiversity consultancy and coaching practice. Drawing on her lived experience as an AuDHD entrepreneur, a global majority woman, and a parent to two neurodivergent children, she brings cultural and intersectional insight to her work. Reena partners with corporates, educators and parents to create neuro-affirming systems and processes that enable people to thrive.

Her work has reached hundreds of people across workplaces, schools and parent communities, including FTSE 100 companies. A trustee, governor and upcoming author with Jessica Kingsley Publishers, Reena is committed to reshaping how society understands and supports neurodivergence.
