It promotes greater economic enfranchisement for Afro hair and beauty professionals as they provide them with the tools, they need, to manage their services efficiently and effectively. Rahel is a regular volunteer at Code Your Future, a non-profit organisation that helps refugees and other disadvantaged people start thriving careers in tech. Her family fled Eritrea as refugees, so she empathises with some of the struggles that the less fortunate members of our multicultural society have to deal with and always tries to make time to help wherever possible. Alongside this, Rahel is a passionate commentator on diversity and equality.
