Creative Active Lives CIC

Rachel is the founder of Creative Active Lives CIC, a not-for-profit agency for wellbeing that provides physical and creative activities and workshops to schools, festivals, community organisations and businesses.  They also put on their own community events and courses for children with additional needs, people with dementia, older adults, refugees and disadvantaged children and young people. Rachel started teaching hula hooping to adults and found it had a huge positive impact on her mental health and learnt more circus skills and created a unique Rock n Roll Seated Circus session combining physical therapy with circus for the elderly. She is also an author, designs and builds websites for schools and community groups and runs a not-for-profit circus company, Spinsonic Circus.
