Nichola is the co-founder of Jason Threadgold Funeral Director, alongside her husband. They currently own 3 funeral homes throughout North Lincolnshire region and have a team of 16 who are all multi-skilled to help in any aspect of the business and conduct 500 funerals per year. Nichola is a member of her Business Book Club, sits on the Dying Matters Board for her area, volunteers at a local food bank and attends local groups/charities to talk about her business and to bring awareness of death and dying to the forefront.
