Michelle is the founder of Little Miracles Charitable Incorporated Organisation – a small charity supporting families that have children with additional needs, disabilities, and life-limiting conditions. It supports over 10,000 children in the East Midlands to lead happy healthier lives and support the whole family in areas of support, activities, training and providing safe places. Over the past ten years, Michelle has grown the charity from a small coffee morning to a 14-branch charity supporting over 10,000 children. She has 27 members of staff most of whom are other parents of disabled children or have a disability themselves and over 350 volunteers that enable them to support the families.
