Her goal was simple: to provide small businesses with clear, friendly HR advice without the need for a full-time manager. Since then, Melanie has worked with industries from aviation to agriculture, helping employers handle challenges fairly and confidently. Outside work, Melanie enjoys walking dogs, playing rounders, yoga, golf, and singing with Rock Choir – including a performance at the Edinburgh Fringe.
