WhyNotChange is a consultancy founded by Melanie Bryan OBE which helps small businesses, charities and social enterprises to develop and achieve ambitious growth goals and very importantly make a bigger positive impact whilst doing so.

Melanie set up and successfully delivered the North West Women’s Enterprise Day which was attended by over 200 women annually for 7 years. She has served in many voluntary roles nationally, regionally and locally and is a mentor to social and women entrepreneurs.
Melanie is an advocate and carer for her awesome autistic grandson who also has AHDH, learning difficulties and language difficulties. She has fought to get him support in school that he needs now shares her knowledge and experience of the educational health care plan process with other parents/carers through online forums.
