Lucy’s first book, ‘Hype Yourself: A No-nonsense PR Tool Kit for Small Businesses’, launched in January.
Having had to deal with health issues affecting her close family, and recently given birth to a baby who needed open heart surgery, Lucy says she sometimes thinks that being the ‘Hype person’ for other people has helped get her through.
