Using just a £500 overdraft, Louise established her business as an ethical and fair education recruitment company, that would make supply teachers feel valued and motivated. The company has now expanded to include other sectors and is now on target to achieve revenues of well over £1 million.
As well as being Company Director and running a team of seven, Louise is mum to both a teenager and a toddler. She’s also in the process of launching a new service to provide private tutors. In her spare time, she finds blogging and working on a screenplay both provide a cathartic outlet to help her deal with her health issues.
