Ma Baker, founded by Liz Wilson, is an award-winning micro bakery delivering real bread to the good people of SW6 in London. Ma Baker also runs a range of bread courses which are listed by Trip Advisor as the No 1 Food Classes to do in London. Apart from baking and teaching bread Liz trains others to do what she does: creating over 30 new micro bakers bringing bread into their local communities; teaching groups who work with disadvantaged women how to bake; teaching children in school the joys of good bread and giving bread to my local soup kitchen and Haven breast cancer community. She also finds time to mentor new start-ups, passing on the lessons she has learnt from setting up Ma Baker.
