Lara Sheldrake heads Found and Flourish, which aims to close the opportunity gap for female entrepreneurs, by providing them with the community, connection and education that will help them grow their business. Lara hires freelance women from around the UK to support her on projects for clients, including business coaching, copywriting and web development. She also runs events and workshops in Brighton, London and Manchester.

Lara combines a background working in digital advertising and strategy with a passion for community and empowering women. She mentors women in business and says she is at her happiest when helping others.
