She founded Constructive Marketing in 2023 when she realised her existing agency needed to walk the walk and really specialise in the industry it loves – construction. Being a woman in a male dominated industry is something Kelly relishes and she actively encourages girls at schools she works with to get involved in Construction. Kelly champions the micro-business corner among business bodies in Adur & Worthing and is regularly invited to participate in business events (most recently on devolution). Kelly is also Trustee Chair for visual impairment charity, Sight Support Worthing.
