Two years later, she left her job at Lloyds Banking Group to focus on her business, and the team has grown to comprise nine women. The company works principally with small and medium enterprise property developers, to make boutique developments more attractive to buyers.
Karolina values team spirit and a good working atmosphere, and says she loves seeing other businesses grow as a result of her team’s work. Her advice for entrepreneurs starting out on a new path is to know their strengths and reach out for help when necessary, recognise that mistakes are a necessary part of the process, and to do what they love.
