Karen studied law by distance learning, from all over the world. while working as a member of an airline cabin crew, before later taking up a job at a global law firm in Manchester and qualifying as a legal executive. Her experience as a working mother inspired her to start her legal recruitment business, and Karen made it her mission to promote flexible working in the legal profession.
Karen is also a founding member of the accessories company Stella & Dot, where she coached and mentored a team of over 70 women throughout the UK and Ireland. She is now a key supporter of Smartworks Manchester, a charity helping women find employment.
