Joanna Michaels runs the digital marketing consultancy Beyond Social Buzz, which helps startups and small and medium businesses with their social media marketing. She’s one of 25 nationally accredited social media trainers and mentors for the Facebook campaign, She Means Business, running regular training and mentoring sessions for female founders.

Joanna also volunteers and offers her skills to charities helping young people from disadvantaged backgrounds boost their employment opportunities. She advises women entrepreneurs to launch before they feel ready, rather than giving in to self-criticism and waiting for everything to be ‘perfect’.

She’s also a speaker and a mentor for the Facebook campaign, She Means Business.
