Jen is the founder of Dance Syndrome, an inclusive dance charity based in Lancashire with a special focus on including everyone, regardless of ability. Dance Syndrome offers dance workshops for people with and without disabilities as well as leadership training with a focus on ability, not disability. Jen, who has Down’s syndrome, has followed her dream of being a dancer and dance leader.
