They have 16 staff and support within their local area and support people to access the community and live their lives to their fullest potential. Since setting up the business, Jannicke has realised there are specific gaps in support which she has started to focus on, taking on very complex packages, on the one hand but also supporting the more mainstream service users in a very specific way that supports them to develop skills around social and emotional issues.
