Hammie Tappenden is the owner of Solent-based IntoBiz Limited which provides innovative, bespoke training and coaching solutions for projects run in the community across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight. Hammie and her team specialise in working with groups and individuals to engage them in activities leading to self-employment, education, volunteering or finding a job.

In recognition of her outstanding work in Business Start Up and Women’s Enterprise Hammie was awarded the MBE last year. She is continually taking on new things (adventures that extend her knowledge and abilities) and going beyond the extra mile to help her clients. She leads by example and will never expect others to do something she would not undertake herself.
