Ellen is the founder of Little Seed Group, a disability-led agency that provides award-winning Marketing, PR and Social Media services. Ellen is aware that there is still stigma associated with employing and working with people with learning differences which is why she stepped into public speaking in 2021 where she highlights the benefits of working with people who think differently. As well as this, Ellen also gives talks on how organisations can make their social media content more accessible. Outside of work, Ellen spends a lot of her spare time working with British wild hedgehog causes across Yorkshire which has fuelled her passion to set up a not-for-profit hedgehog education programme in 2022. The programme is being designed to teach communities how they can nurture and help wild hedgehogs to thrive. Hedgehogs in the UK are now officially classified as vulnerable to extinction.
