Oxford Quantum Circuits (OQC)

Ilana is the founder of Oxford Quantum Circuits which builds quantum computers to help its customers do things that have never been achieved before, from life-changing drug discoveries to developing new battery technologies. Ilana studied a BSc in quantum physics at Royal Holloway University of London, before progressing to her Ph.D. in quantum – one of only a few women in the UK to have undertaken this feat – and is a fierce advocate for women within the workplace, especially within STEM, and mentors young women.
