She specialises in yoga therapy, breath work, trauma focused yoga, Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga, AcroYoga, and Aromatherapy. She is passionate about offering yoga to everyone and teaches yoga in prisons, detention centres and care homes.
Dee is constantly learning and practicing techniques in her own life, in order to be able to offer her clients a depth of understanding and confidence that has to exceed any obstacles in order to help others find their own inner strength via the breath.
