Deborah Turner has two businesses, a property consultancy and an Image Consultancy business. As a property consultant she focuses on strategic estate management advice for local authorities and business development/project management for private clients. As an image consultant she specialises in personal branding and work with individuals who need to raise their visibility and stand out from the crowd.

Deborah runs workshops for corporate clients advising staff how best to represent their company. She became the Champion for Women in Business for the Federation of Small Business in Kent in 2015. She joined the FSB national Diversity taskforce to raise the awareness of women in business and to champion the difference that women starting businesses can have on the economy and in 2017 became the Area Leader for FSB South East.
