Colleen Wong’s business, My Gator Watch is a wearable mobile phone/ tracker that is made for children and the elderly. It looks like a modern but simple watch and can be used almost anywhere in the world. My Gator watch can make and receive calls to and from up to 13 trusted numbers, tracks using both GPS outdoors and WIFI indoors, connects to multiple networks in most countries, weighs in at only 40g, is splashproof and has a 4 day standby battery life.

Colleen is most proud of her team of 15, most of whom are mums of young children, all working flexibly to ensure that they can have a work/life balance. She wants to create the first ever tech start up run only by flexible working staff.
