Clare Talbot-Jones is co-founder of community-focussed commercial insurance brokerage, Talbot Jones Risk Solutions, based in Gateshead, Tyne and Wear and specialising in supporting the Third Sector. As a proactive networker and connector they use their knowledge of the outstanding organisations they come across to help solve problems, fill skills gaps, build relationships and generate sales.

Clare’s advice to other entrepreneurs is that living with integrity doesn’t mean doing what everyone else thinks you should do. It’s about doing what YOU believe to be right. She has learnt to trust her own judgement, accept that others may disapprove and acknowledge that despite short-term discomfort, making choices with integrity ultimately leads to calm, contentment and peace.
