Cate Walter founded Rhino Safety Limited, a multi award winning Health & Safety management consultancy in 2015. They take the headache out of Health & Safety for other business owners and managers by managing their H&S for them; making sure their company is compliant, their staff are safe, and they have peace of mind.

Cate has just started a new business, Roar Business Coaching Limited a monthly syndicate meeting for business owners; she is an Associate Lecturer in Employment Law at a university and is a passionate advocate of continuous personal and professional development. Cate is a Governor at her daughters’ primary school and loves walking her two rescue dogs.
