This gave Antoinette the inspiration for her boutique leadership development business, The Gravitas Programme, focusing specifically on enabling leaders, managers and entrepreneurs to fulfil their potential through developing their Gravitas. As a result of enrolling on the programme people have been able to achieve their full potential.
Antoinette is also heavily involved with girls empowerment charity BelEve and last year became their chair of trustees.
