Allegra is the co-founder of Watch This Sp_ce, a workshop, audit and strategy process to enable organisations to understand where they currently are in terms of diversity and inclusion, design the vision of the future they want to work towards, and put a tangible action plan in place to get there. Allegra is also the founder of After Birth, a platform that offers support, coaching and resources to parents of young children and campaigns for better help and societal attitudes for birthing parents.
