Lizzy is the founder of Pippin & Gile, a bushcraft and foraging school in Southeast England. Established in 2018 following cycling 9,000km to Kazakhstan, the business reflects Lizzy’s commitment to practical bushcraft training and wilderness living.

Lizzy has developed a broad and well-respected skillset in bushcraft and countryside crafts. Her teaching philosophy centres on the belief that knowledge fosters understanding, which cultivates value:principles that underpin every course delivered.

In addition to leading expeditions and contributing to industry publications, Lizzy has built an off-grid home, travelled extensively and continues to learn from experts across the UK and internationally.
