https://www.beyellow.lifeHayley is the founder of Be Yellow, an award winning social impact, purpose driven PR agency. She is also the former Deputy Head of PR at Pride in London, and is a TEDx speaker.
Hayley champions sustainability in business, and she sits on the Willow Review government task force, helping to make UK small businesses more sustainable.
Hayley is also the Communications Director for Real Life Learning, a South African social enterprise, and she mentors small business owners and charities through Digital Boost and Help to Grow. She also works with the PRCA Schools programme and teaches young people skills in PR and marketing in schools across the UK.
Hayley was listed in the Independent Impact 50 2025, listing the top 50 UK PR’s, and works with Media Trust and Big Give, delivering educational webinars to charities.
In her spare time, Hayley is a vegan and animal rights activist and ADHD campaigner, as well as a slam poet. She loves to travel, aerial hoop and ice-skating.
