In Covid19 they started providing free nutritious meals to people in need and have now provided 95000 meals and 9000 emergency food parcels in this ongoing work. Birgit is a co-founder of Birmingham’s Food Justice Network and contributes to policies regarding food security and food justice . Birgit is a strong advocate and ally of social enterprise and female entrepreneurs.
