Jo is the founder of Infinite Pathways that supports women to discover their own pathway and follow it by a number of coaching programmes and hosts discovery weekends partnering with adventure sports companies.

Jo is also the head of People for This Mum Runs, which is all about supporting female volunteers to get mums out of the house for some time to themselves.
