Jill is the founder of Organisation for Responsible Businesses (ORB), a national membership organisation for micro, small and medium-sized businesses that operate in a way that is good for business and a better world. Jill has also written a book, It Really Is Just Good Business, which is about the art of operating a responsible, ethical and profitable small business and it is currently in the production process and due to be published next spring.
