Strength Cards

Debbi Wood designs strength cards for adults and children, to aid self-esteem, confidence and self-awareness of their own strengths, to help people empower themselves. Having worked with vulnerable adults and children in many roles over the years, mental health was a factor that kept coming through in all areas, lack of confidence, and self-awareness and so she came up with the idea of Strength Cards.

Debbi still works full time for local government while she builds and her Strength Cards business. She volunteers her time for a local sports centre and is registered disabled.
