Aldis Firman is Managing Director and Co-Founder of award-winning home and body fragrance house Lilou et Loic. Products are manufactured in England using sustainable methods for the high-end market. Available in 20 locations globally, with offices in London and New York, and even supplying the Royal Household.

Aldis is on the board of the family manufacturing business and Ambassador for SheCanHeCan, a Monaco based charity. She is involved with Invest in Women UK, a newly launched initiative aiming to partner with charities that have women at their core. Aldis is a mentor in a program called Beyond Barriers encouraging female business students to work on a roadmap of their dreams and set goals for after they graduate. She is a guest lecturer at a business school on entrepreneurship.
