Following a romantic trip to Venice Victoria Monaghan and her partner were inspired to set up Taste Collectiv, making fresh sauces from great ingredients. In the last 2 years the company has gone from start up and concept to nationwide distribution, have been named a Future50 company and have recently undergone a successful investment round.

Working 50 hours a week in a full-time job while creating the concept Victoria has also recently renovated a liveaboard yacht learning new skills along the way. Her advice would be to aim high and have a clear idea of what you want for your life it vital and don’t ever stray from your ideas.
