Sara runs Preponderant, a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion consultancy and has created an opening by making the queer and neurodivergent experience visible in the context of profound academic knowledge and lived experience. She is leading a movement of change in organisations that want to do better by creating safe spaces for their people to thrive, and by modelling the possibility of entrepreneurship for all neurodivergent people.
