Sandy is the founder of Skaped, an East London youth-led activist charity that encourages young people aged 11-30 years old from under-resourced backgrounds to engage with community building and social change through the creative arts. Starting as a voluntary group 3 years ago, Skaped is now a registered charity. Skaped was co-founded by two working-class migrant women out of frustration with the inequalities they faced, and they were determined to inspire other young people to create the change they want to see.
