Rachel is the founder of Rachelles, making wedding cakes since 2007 and offering online courses. Rachel teaches students from all of the world in the art of buttercream floral piping and also teaches private in-person cake making classes from her home in Dorset. Rachel was a theatre set designer and worked in film and TV.
