Michaela is the founder of Arapina – an award-winning healthy lifestyle bakery that specialises in vegan, organic, free from and low in baked goods, based on a reinvented Mediterranean menu. They currently trade from three locations, one of which has a state of-the-art kitchen equipment, and employ more than 10 people from their local community.
